Default Rainy Day in 100 acre Woods

Well got up and figured I'd cook the chicken up for my Chicken and noodles. I like Thirdeye's wifes dish and will try it but gonna go simple this time. Have never used pressure cooker and figure I'd better practice on noodles. Well gonna smoke chicken. Simple Pollo seasoning from Hispanic market.
Egg don't care if it's raining.

Also need opinion. I threw neck, heart, gizzards, skin flap into small pot and a little S&P and boiled for awhile. Was planning on saving broth/liquid and add as stock. Think this is wise?

Don't know if it's wise or not, but I've done it. Usually give the internals to my dog though, since I'm not a fan of organ meat.

Why wouldn't it be wise? Toss the wing tips in there, too. they just get burnt anyway. You also use that broth as a base for some gravy if you want to.

Thought about that. And you were right. Got sidetracked and little crispier than I had planned. Still jucy though.

Dang son, that's my favorite way to do chicken!

I agree the stock is worth keeping, next time add the celery, onion, and carrots for a little more flavor.

My grandmother made chicken soup that was da' BOMB....

Pulled chicken. might stretch to 2 meals.

Heated chile I made yesterday. And while Egg was hot I used Cornbread pan and mix I got at Christmas. I added some Cinnimon. Liked the added flavor.

That whole bird in the Pic does look a little toasty, but by the looks of the pulled, I do not think anything went wrong. That looks great!
