Talking swordfish & mixed veggies

yellow squash, red onion, sweet red pepper



herb encrusted swordfish marinated for 4 hours with fresh mint, oregano, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, tarragon, and olive oil in the food processor







with butter and lemon juice and lemon zest and black pepper

no real glaze, but a marinade of fresh herbs and olive oil (herbs on one side only) and a finish on the plate with the lemon butter.

i haven't had swordfish in years and man, was it good.
