Default Restaurant Name

If you were going to open a simple, short hours restaurant, and serve breakfast tacos, breakfast burritos, tacos and BBQ for lunch - What would you name it. (Please, please, constructive answers - The name "You Idiot" is already spoken for). Thx...

How about "Rancho Rocke's" with a moniker like "wood fired food".Would fit in with both Q and breakfast style especially in hispanic predominate area. Could use a logo of a cowboy/bracero knealing and cooking over a open pit.
Kinda like this
