On Diners, Drive Ins and Dives last night they featured an eatery on Route 66 that had a forerunner to the bacon wrapped fattie that had been on the menu for years. It wasn't done in a smoker but in oven.
Also last week Paula Deen had what might be called Moink balls ala Paula. Here again, not n a smoker but could easily been done n one: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/p...ipe/index.html
