Default How to Bone a Chicken

Get your mind of of the gutters...

Thought some of you might find this useful or want to try... A step by step tutorial on how to de-bone a chicken.

http://italianfood.about.com/od/tips.../aa102605a.htm

We did this a few years ago before we starting competing to try to come up with a unique wat to present chicken in whole slices. Here's a pic that is a few years old.

Whew! After reading the tutorial, looks like a lot of work. We've done something similar with turkey that involves de-boning the dark meat and flattening it out and putting sausage stuffing in and then rolling it up and tying it - sort of a turkey fatty. Hmmm...might want to try that on the smoker! I like how you tied the bird up as you did - how did it come out?
