Been asked to cook the meat for a party of 50. Brisket, ribs, beans, and tator salad will be served. I know to figure about 1/2 lbs brisket per person. My question is how many ribs per person?

Need a bit more info.
What is the ratio of men, women and children? Any really big eaters involved? Are you thinking full spares or St. Louis cut? Babybacks?

I will be for a high shool (with cullinary tech) graduation party. Don't know ratio or how big of eaters. Planning on doing St. Louis cuts.
