Default Non-Sanctioned Potentail Event for Beginners

Tom at Chubby's BBQ in Emmitsburg, MD has graciously offered his place for us to do a "practice" bbq contest. There is room for a few teams, if there is anyone looking to do a dry run before going into a sanctioned event, please let me know. We would like to do a "mock" contest with all 4 categories, with the typical turn-in times. It will be held on Saturday April 25 through Sunday April 26. We are in the preliminary planning stages, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

It does indeed. I wonder it that can be considered Freudian? Amazing how switching just two little letter can change the "hole" thing.
