Just want to say hello. I am a new member living in Germany. I enjoy BBQ plus Dutch Ovens and now I want to learn about s l o w cooking. I can hardly wait to build my first Drum Smoker and hope that I can receive help when I need it. I now use DO's 12 inch and 16 inch, Gas Grill (Napolean), 3 legged Swing Grill and a Murrack (30 inch Steel Pan) from Norway and several homemade charcoal grills. All for now from David.
