Default Local Fairs and Events

These BBQ joints that set up at County and State Fairs along with other crowd drawing events. Anyone here do that or have friends that do? Do people that do it just follow the event circuits?

Not exactly sure what you're asking but it would seem likely that those interested in vending to earn as much as possible would look to attend large events or do it as frequently as they can..

Some BBQ joints may stay local and others willing to travel..

All depends on time and resources ($ and staff).

I guess I really wondered if anyone from here was involved in that. Thought I may meet some of you somewhere.
