Maid Rite for Benefit
This weekend we are having our benefit for a local girl diagosed with cancer that some of you have generositly have donated to. We are cooking for 400+ and are making 3 18qt electric roasters full of Maid Rite BBQ to be served on whitecastle buns, 3 18qt. electric roasters of Spagetti and meatballs with garlic bread and salad. The benefit will be on Sunday from 1pm to 7pm. My team will be helping me in the kitchen to prepare and cook the food. Again I wish to thank those who sent in a donation.
