I really love my egg. Just cold smoked some cheese in it. Really liked my recent pork butts and chuckies

I smoked 2 butts yesterday/last night with mine. 12 hour cook, never opened the lid. Came out beautifully. Still had plenty of lump left to save for the next go. A friend gave me an elk brisket flat so I will try that later this week and see how that does.
