After reading about the birth of the Moink balls and the use of the Art of Chipotle paste in the sauce, I decided to order some.
It is awesome! Great smoky flavor, not too spicy. Really deep flavors.
It comes in a jar with an expiration date. Mine as July 2009. Keep it in the fridge. No more throwing out half-cans of Chipotle anymore. No more seeds.
All you need is a few drops for some nice flavor in many dishes. You can go heavier for salsas, chilis, etc.
