Default Beer Dough Pizza with Fresh Basil

Well I made some pizzas on the BGE with a homemade sauce and homemade beer dough topped with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil from my garden.

looks good man, makes mine look like amateur work (which it is ) will have to try making my own crust next time. I'm new to pizza on the eggs, i put cornmeal on my stone, is there an advantage to the paper?

I did the cornmeal thing and yea it works but man the parchment paper is the way to go I think. Makes for such an easy clean up and slides off of the pizza peel onto to grill then back off so much easier.
