Default Briskey Sando

Had some perfectly cooked leftover briskey vacuumed sealed in the freezer and sandos were on the menu tonight.

Sliced and warming in some au jus





Peppers and onions sautéing



Toasting bun with garlic butter



Building



Melted pepper jack cheese
