Default Chicken Parmesan with smoked mozzarella

Well it rained pretty much all day and I decided to make a little Italian meal. Chicken Parmesan with smoked mozzarella, a home made roasted tomato garlic sauce all served up family style.
I also smoked the mozzarella myself.

That looks great. Mozzarella is one of my favorite smoked cheeses.

Not your mama's spaghetti dinner right there. I like the creativity and the end result sure does look great.
