Default Hello from Central Ohio

Hello, I'm UD-tex from Galena, OH just a little north east of Columbus. The UD is for Univ of Dayton and Tex is the nickname they gave me while I was there. I grew up on a 200 acre farm in Marietta, Oh, it musta been the southeastern OH accent that made the boys from NY start calling me that. I have been grilling for years, both charcoal and gas, and love good barbeque. My pal chinesebob told me about this site and that I should come check it out. I've been online several times and read several posts, seems like quite a party. I just recently started smoking, CB let me use his UDS 3 or 4 times now and wow.... everything turned out GREAT and it was so incredibly easy to use. Now I'm hooked, so I just had to have one of my own which CB helped me build.

I guess that's about all for now, I look forward to hearing from some of you and learning a lot more about smoking.
