Comp BBQ meets UFC
My team, Holy and Oly's BBQ, is sponsoring a fighter in the upcoming UFC 93 fight. The fighter is Nate Mohr - a young man who was once a member of a youth group I led. If you see the fight look for Holy and Oly's on his trunks.
Here is a link to a video of his past fights: http://slowfoodrebellion.blogspot.com

That is a mighty fine Blog you got there Monty. Some really neat pics. Whats up with that 16th century smoker? Interesting...

Yeah, that's really cool. I guess it was used primarily to smoke goat or lamb. I love that it is right in the house!

The fight is on January 17. It is pay-per-view but I'm sure it will be rebroadcast on Spike soon. check out http://93.ufc.com if you have high speed internet.
