Eat more fish! Barramundi

Never heard of it before. It looked interesting at Sam's. Picked up a bag and was really surprised. It is very good, I guess compare it to Tilapia, but a little sturdier.

Mine seasoned with Todd's Crabby Dirt, and wife's with a combo of Tony C's and Emerill's original Essence.

My wife made up some thin whole wheat spaghetti with white wine, lemon zest, tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes and parsley.

Never heard of Barramundi before either. Picked up some Tilapia at Costco today because of the price, did not notice Barramundi. I will look for it because I like the mild firm fish. Wish I new a place to find Amberjack in this area. Fish looks great and the noodles sound good too!
