Lightbulb Catering

I am starting to plan a wedding for Sept 2010 and I trying to get an idea of menus and ball park pricing to have a wedding catered (hint hint for any interested brethern caterers in the Balto area). Think of it more as a field party or "Bull Roast" then as a wedding. At this point we are guessing that the guess list could be in the area of 150 people.

My ideas for the menu will be Pulled Pork and Brisket and all the fixings. I am open to menu and any other suggestions.

With 150 people, I think you'd need to provide chicken as a third option... Not everyone may like brisket or pork.
