Chateaubriand stuffed with caramelized onion, mushrooms and spinach
- Browned in a pan and finished in the BGE

Creamed Spinach with Parmigiano Regiano

Wild Mushroom Risotto w/Carnaroli rice

Candied baby carrots with ginger and cinnamon

A fine California Cab to finish

Took me three hours of non-stop cooking and stirring, but the comments from my wife was worth it.

Looks fantastic. Just curious, what do the Boys eat when you eat stuff like this? My daughter would ask where the mac and cheese.

Nice job!!! Its not easy to cut that tenderloin like you did. Just curious, how much was it per pound? We had our whole ones for $9.99lb and we sold 8 cases in 2 days!
