Pat, try throwing in a pound of bacon and about 3 pounds of cheep ass chuck. Bacon burgers!! The wife and I love there. I also coarse grind pork butt, freeze it in 1 lb bags and use for pork tacos. You will never use hamburger again!

Good looking unit Norco. It looks like it will be a good unit to run the grind back through if you plan on piping sausage. That the reason I got the Northern Tool stuffer unit. The KitchenAid is great for grinding, but is unacceptable for piping. Let us know how it works for piping!
