Christmas & Weekend Pron
Not much Christmas pron. Everybody started showing up about an hour earlier than expected. I had to hurry to get everything done. I did manage to snap a shot of the turkey. Cooked it on the egg, rubbed with EVOO and yardbird rub. Cooked at 325 with a few small chunks of cherry.
Saturday was steak night. I managed to get a shot of my ribeye. Went simple on these...just sea salt, pepper and garlic powder.
The wifey got rid of the left over ham by making some ham bone soup. Delicious. You'll have to excuse the dirty looking bowl. I forgot to take a pic until my second bowl.
And finally, our new addition to the family. This is Minnie, our half Pitbull half Weimeraner puppy.
