Talking My $10.00 BGW Score - PRON

And you thought, just another Big AL typo

But NO, it is a Big Green Weber - BGW that I got off craigslist for $10 and included 3/4 of 10lb bag of Royal Oak.

She has some wind storm battle scars, and is OLD but so do I and I still work.

Needs some clean up but other wise, I think it will work ok.

Girl on CL said it was her parents and is Forrest Green, wanted $20 but boyfriend had to bring it to his work because she did not want any "strange men" knowing where she lived (hum, does she know me?), so I offered $10 because of scratches and he said "OK, she may not be happy but I don't want to haul it back to her place, I'll just deal with her when I get there", sounds like a reasonable young man

A 22.5 incher BGW with white wall tires, wood handles and a funky temp gage on top.

It is stamped as ER, did not see any dates any where but it is cold here today so I did not look all over it, hands got numb just unloading it.

I'm not a Weber history guy.

That may be a Master-Touch. The built-in thermometer is a nice feature as well as the lid holder. Great score!

The "ER" is Weber's date stamp.

By the way, that funky temp gage pulls out of the cover and becomes a meat thermometer. Just don't leave it in the meat while smoking.

I think it was Harbormaster who posted a listing of all the dates.

Nice find.
