Default Chicken Quarters with Apricot Glaze

Smoked a couple leg quarters glazed with a spicy apricot glaze on the Mini UDS. It's perfect for small smokes.


seasoned and ready for the smoker


into the smoker with pecan wood. cruising at 275*


ready for the glaze


after first coating of glaze


served up with some pasta shells with a creamy garlic sauce.

Bite through. I usually smoke chicken at an higher temp ( 325*--350* )
