Default Cold weather butt

Put a butt on the large egg for an overnighter. Currently about 22* and windy. Thats cold for North Texas. Rubbed with Butt Rub and cherry for the smoke. This is a thank you gift for my BIL for coming to get us last week when the Jeep battery died. And going back the next day and swapping it out while I was at work. Pics to come in the morning.

One of the best things about the ceramic. It does not matter much what the temp is outside. They still git-r-done. Looking forward to the pron as well.

10.5 hours later and 22* outside. Still chugging along.

Added a chuck rubbed with Bovine Bold and a fatty with Dzzy Pig.

And here are some 6 minute burgers from 2 nights ago.

More finished pics to come. Butt is at 170*.

Rested an hour then pulled.

And a fatty shot.

The chuck is wrapped and another fatty added.
