Default Turkey

My extended family is coming in from out of town today, so I smoked our turkey yesterday. It sat in the fridge overnight and I'll carve later to serve cold along side a honey baked ham.

That was a beautiful bird with some great color! I also like the way you displayed it after you cut it up. What temp did you cook it to? What temp did you heat it back up to?

Nice job..

I just put a turkey on the Traeger. My Brother and His Wife are going to some party tonight and He wanted Me to smoke a turkey for Him. My Daughter wants one next week for a Family party She's throwing at Her place. The World is a better place when turkey is being smoked!
