Default My Mini Reverse Flow Smoker

BobBrisket asked about this little cooker so here are the specs. But first a pic for scale.

This is my first time firing it up. See the thin Blue?

Here are the specs:

Weight - 61 lbs
Length - 37 1/2"
Width - 16 1/2"
Height - 21"
Tank size - 6 1/4" x 20"
Grate size - 6 1/4" x 12 3/4"
Fire box - 6" x 6" x 8"

Features:

10" wheels
Gas assist
wood storage box
Custom wheel chocks

I got this cooker because sometimes you just want one rack of ribs, or a fatty or some ABT's. This fits the bill for a tiny smoker perfectly. About a 1/4 lb of charcoal and a twig of Cherry wood will cook most things, might need a bit more lump for ribs. Just light it up and it will reach temp in about 5 minutes. Holds 225* perfectly and with no fiddling with the dampers. Want to run at 350? Add a bit more lump and turn on the gas.
Here are a few more pics of Cooper, the Mini Smoker.

Getting the final touches from Steve

The fire box with gas on

The chamber

The wheel chocks

Some ABT's on custom racks

on it's roll about work table with his older sibling

And finally with a couple of beautiful Blueberry Pancake Fatties

\\

Hope you enjoyed this and thanks for watching.

You just HAD to go and do this, dint ya? Now I want one even more. That is just too cool. The chocks are something else! And a reverse flow too boot. That's a heavy little pit. It has a good amount of room and what a conversation piece. Once I saw it next to the WSM this thought came to my mind.........I could see me hooking it up to my son's Lightening McQueen motorized car and have him pull it around the block. How cool would that be?
If you don't mind telling, what does one of those cost? What's shipping like, if they do shipping?
I would even like to try build my own, but I wouldn't be able to find a tank like that. That tank makes it so cool.
Thanks!

P.S. Tell us bout them pancake fatties. They look killer!

Did you have these for sale on eBay at one time? I saw a guy with a whole production setup for these in his garage and the pictures I thought on here like 5 or 6 months ago.

I'm not the guy who made these, but you are right, there is a whole production thread on these, on another forum though. I've got the link if anyone wants to view it. It is good entertainment, and yes he did have them on E-Bay for a while. He lives in Maine and I picked mine up when I was there on vaca.

The name of the thread was Building a reverse flow miniature smoker.
