Default HLS&R Questions

What is the sanctioning body for HLS&R? Is itthe same sanctioning body for much of the contests in the area? How is their judging similar or different to KCBS?

They are not sanctioned. They have their own rules and ways of doing things that to many leave a lot to be desired. They track every turn in tray from the moment you put your one turn in meat into it all the way to the end of judging. That's right you choose one meat to cook and turn in per team and they know who's is who's the whole way.
