Apple Cranberry Stuffed Pork Loin w/pron
I'm Jr. Steward this year for our Lodge and I cooked the installation dinner for the Master Elect. I cooked for 60 guests.
The menu was: Pork loin stuffed with apple cranberry stuffing mashed potatoes with gravy broccoli with cheese sauce and pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting all from scratch......... all I have pics of are the loins, I forgot to take the camera with me to the Lodge.

I still cant get the hook of slicing the loin like that to stuff it, I'm stuck on slicing down the middle and cramming stuff in there. Scott
