Default ** UPDATE ** BBQ-Brethren will be down starting around 10:00 am PST today Tuesday the 18th for a server upgrade

The site will be down starting around 10:00 am PST today Tuesday the 18th for a server upgrade. The site will be off line then back online then off and on for 1-2 hours during the upgrade. If all goes well, it will be much shorter then that.

Thanks,

Things didnt go as smooth as they should have. There were some unforseen problems today, things are back up, but we are not at 100% yet. There is still more work to do. Probably be done tomorrow. Because we own the servers, Johns been busting his hump to do the work himself, but the provider is not making it easy for him.

We are adding an additional server to offload all database activity. It will give us significant performance improvements and allow us to turn all the features back on fully. tonight we are running on a new server with more power and memory.

register at the yahoo group so I can keep you posted if theres extended problems.
