Default best way to reheat?

I've got 4 bags of sliced frozen brisket in my freezer.

I want to reheat it using a roaster oven...

thoughts???

I was thinking just eyeballing beef broth and some apple cider with some sauce....but I think better to ask for help...

How do you have it packaged? If it is vacuum bagged then drop it in a pot of boiling water. If not then I'd thaw it in the frig, wrap it tight in aluminum foil and warm it back up in the oven at 180-200 degrees. Don't recook it though.

I took a bunch of frozen pulled pork to the office the other day. I also took my roaster with me because I needed to reheat.

I put the frozen (in freezer bags) in the roaster, covered it in water and set the thermostat to 200 degrees. I started this at 10:00am and by Noon I had nice and hot pulled pork.

As of late, all my leftovers have been making tacos and when reheating for that I just throw them in a pan of water with some seasoning and simmer until the water is pretty much gone.
