Default Sunday Packer Brisket and Beans Pron

Trimed a packer last night and had it on the smoker today at 5:30 (snow flurry mod). I cut the point up for Beans and then froze some for Chilli. I then found the camera so here are a few shots. Wish I would have taken some pics of the trim.

Brisket sliced and ready. Funny color is the setting on the camera I think.

Alittle more

The Beans. Just B&M baked with some brisket cubes added.

Brisket was rubbed last night with Garlic, Ms Dash Steak seasoning and Lawerys. Basically opened the cabinet and grabbed some stuff. Flavor was really good without over powering.

Cooked on the Cheap Egg copy from 5:30 until 2:30 had to add RO Lump charcoal once to stay 225'ish then foiled at 180 and in the oven until it hit 199. Still looking for another smoker UDS, Primo or Egg??

He makes soups, brats, hot dogs, Pickled eggs, Spagetti, Homemade Garlic Salad dressing (Mmmmm awesome) and orders Pizza. He also has a good supply of cookies on hand all the time. I bring the Pulled Pork, Brisket, Burgers, potato salad etc.. Not all at one time but, we do have some awesome lunches. All warmed in an oven no microwave for us!

It's a great arrangement, we both use leftovers and try new recipes on someone that will tell you the truth.
