Hello
Steve here, we may have cooked against some of you over the last 4 years. Our cooking team is Assmann's Fanny Rubs & Keister Sauces. We are looking for additional cooking team members. We have done well - 2nd bbq sauce, 4th pulled pork, 6th chicken & ribs to name a few. We compete to help promote our business - Assmann's. can you guess what we sell? I cook on a stumper clone that was made for me. it will hold up to 14 2'x2' racks 3" apart. I also use a stoker along with an ethernet bridge so i can keep an eye on my cooker from my couch and with the blower fan and the gravity feed of the charcoal i get to sleep at night. I love BBQ and am a CBJ. if anyone would like to see pix i will try to post them.
I live in Franklin, Ky. Please don't speed through town I don't like giving speeding tickets. I am from Wisconsin, a college graduate and a former Army Officer/helicopter pilot with the 101st abn div ft campbell, ky. We are wanting to HELP cook for the troops as they return if anyone is planning a cook at ft campbell let us know we will do what we can. we just returned from the Jack Daniels cook off and had a great time and met a lot of the teams. hobbies are dog training/agility training. I also enjoy black jack at the casino, shooting, archery and hunting and fishing and enjoy ghost hunting and traveling and seeing historic sites. I love to entertain so i cook often for the guys at work. |
