Last couple of cooks
Here are some pictures from a few weeks ago. The first was for the local Lowe's store. The menu was ribs, pork, brisket, beans, corn on cob and the salads were potato, red pepper and asparagus and the other was a summer vegetable tortellini salad
 We served lunch between 11AM and 4PM here are the rest of the pictures http://www.lostnationvt.com/lowes08.htm  The following weekend my team mate donated his golf course for the Vermont Air Guards. Jeff gave up the course and the carts, I gave the food,(ribs, pork,corn beans and slaw) and Jeff's cousin Larry did the beverage cart. These Green Mountain Boys are getting ready for their 4th deployment. We charged the guards $50 and then donated 100% of the money back to the Yellow Ribbon Vermont Family Fund. It was a great week.
