Default Raspberry Chipotle Pork Loin - PRON

Had a hankering for some pork loin today, so went digging in the cupboard to see what I could come up with.

Just got a package from Great Lakes BBQ Supply Co. with my 1st jar of Plow Boys Yardbird and Bovine Bold the other day. That definitely needed to come into play here...Took the Yardbird to the loin

and put it on my Weber indirect with some Jack Daniels oak chips for smoke.

When the internal temp hit 145 I started glazing it with some Raspberry Chipotle sauce I found at a local gourmet farm store..

Here's what she looked like after 10 minutes under a foil tent.

turned out great. I love that Plowboys yardbird rub, it went perfect with the pork and glaze... now on Friday I got a brisket just calling that Bovine Bold....

I pulled it from the grill at 155. It comes up to about 160 after tenting for 10-15 minutes...It was real juicy.

Thanks for the idea. Wife took out a pork tenderloin for me to cook tomorrow night. Got a couple ideas for stuffing it, but I needed some glazing ideas and temps.
