somebody shut me the fark up.
Got a early start on some great BBQ.
Fire started at Day Break
EGG warming up
Settled in
Butt after 4 hours
7 hours on the Butt, Spares ready to be foiled
Fought hi winds most of the day, calm for 1 minute
Within seconds wind from the NE
Then from the SW
Blew at times causing the drum to reverse flow sucking the smoke back down the exhaust
Spatchcock coming along on the UDS despite the wind, only Pic I got
Butt after 11 hours on the EGG and 2 in the cooler
Pulled with ease
And last my Ribs I was worried about, they came out great
I just have to say Thanks again for all the great information and people I have found here. I have come a long way in the year I've been hanging around. Thanks Phil for the great site!
Besides being a better cook, I also learned how to take better pictures! :wink:
