Arthur is a remarkable little town with a very big event - 43 teams. Congrats to Randy and Scottie and all who were called.

Great to see Jimmy Mack and his wife at their first comp.

Big thanks to Chris for helping fight the fire box debacle all night long.

Default My First Turn Ins

Here are pictures of my first comp turn ins. Please let me know what you think and what I can do better at. I will post the scores later. I didn't get one of the brisket, I think I was just glad I got everything in on time and sort of fell flat on my face.

Personally, I know the ribs could be cut better, more practice on that, and probably a lighter coat of sauce on the pulled pork. Just my 2 cents.
