The team formerly known as Buffalo Rock (Smoking Buffalo) won first, BubbaQ got third. I do not remember who got second. But heck I got 1st place sauce. I have not gotten the full scores but when I do I will post them. Troy Black(guy that runs Birmingham BBQ Contest) ran this one and did a great job. Make plans to come to Memphis next year to compete. Probally going to be the same prizes $1500 and free entry into MIM for first place plus money for 2nd and third place.
