Default PORK, It's what's for dinner!

Smoked Ham Steak
Double Decker Fattie
Green Beans n' Bacon

I am especially proud of the Fattie's this time. You may remember in my last attempt I tried to increase distribution of the fixin's I put in the Fattie. This time I added fixin's to both layers, one JD Bold Country Hot and the second was JD Regular. Both were topped with Pepper Jack Cheese, onion, Yellow Chili and Jalepeno Peppers. Then one layer placed upon another and rolled.

The Ham Steak was sweet and the Bacon (Hormel Ranch Style) dressed up thos Green Beans to a T!

I'm heading for the recliner...
