Any Suggestions
Tomorrow night I will start cooking 50 pork butts for our Skills U.S.A. fund raiser our phone company is paying us to cook for their annual custom appreciation day. They furnish everything an donateing 1 k to the club. Any suggestions this will be my biggest cook.

Beans always go well with butts. We also like to do brunswick stew, jambalaya, and red beans and rice.
