Lot of butt

I was figureing the other day how much butt I have cook this year it been over 1000pd . Is the about average for a brethren?

I would think most folks are recreational only. I would think 1000 1300 pounds would be business adventures. I do a couple hundred pounds a year, but it is backyard fun, not bidness.
