I am looking to make a bigger UDS. Need to be able to cook more meat until we can afford a bigger smoker on a trailer. I'd appreciate your help Vic. I'd appreciate your silence Country.

But the full moon involved Big Brother Smoke, not Bigmista.... Unless I missed something or it happened on the second night. That Friday night, we were all a bit innebrebreatetted....

Yes. Rib eyes and Fat Tires. I have been going more with Newcastles lately. And some times even throw in a couple of Guiness. Lower calories in a Guiness, you know. Gotta watch my girlish figures....
