Okay, just pulled the meat after letting it rest for about 1/2 hour.
Put most away for the next days but couldnt resist to make a wonderful mediteran pulled pork ciabatta with creamed feta cheese, pulled pork, olive oil, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, onions and basil
