Howdy,
Just like to say hello from Jourdanton, TX. Being grilling and smoking for a while now: have trailer offset pit, uds and a tailgate pit. Hopefully soon I will be able to upload some pics. Hope to learn more from you pros because I am far from it at this point. Been build my own pits and working on a new project out of a cast iron railcar air reservoir tank. Talk to you soon!
