I have everything I need to make my first fatties...

I am taking my boys up to Taylor for the Taylor Corn and Que tomorrow. So, to answer the question what am I cooking this weekend?

Tonight, Beef Stroganoff
Saturday, Vendor Vittles at the Que
Sunday, 4 Fatties and whatever I get as ideas at the Que
Monday, ain't figured that far yet...

I got a 14lb packer that has a date with the grate on my large BGE tonight. And some jalapeno/cheddar deer sausage I need to finish off. Along with some armadillo eggs.

Hadn't planned anything other than getting the big funiture moved before the rain from the storm gets here again.

But if all goes well, I plan to pick up some slabs and the fixins for several Rack Attacks.

Invented the "Willie B's Bourbon Rubbed Buffalo Burger" last night for dinner in honor of the closing. Making Dr. BBQ's bloody mary hot wings today, then have some lamb chops, sausage, brisket, brats, and other good stuff defrosting for the rest of the weekend.
