I've had that, but prefer Turbo Dog... good stuff.

Wheat beer seems more appropriate with this throwdown, though.

Well I have never done bread of any kind before, grill or otherwise. Here is my entry for Bread week.

Bacon, Sausage with Cheddar and Mozzarella Calzones...

Default I'll give it a try...thanks to Cowgirl

After reading the recent onion bread thread by Cowgirl, I thought I'd try my hand at some bread.

Garlic cheese bread with Sun dried Tomato/basil cheese. Made the basic bread.... added garlic powder ...then mixed in the cheese I listed above.

Since I fired up the coals to smoke the bread with apple chips, I decided to throw on a couple of fatties and make a sandwich with everything! Here's my bread entry...

Wifey wanted to make some beer bread on the Weber. Topped with a little butter, cinnamon, and sugar then spread some peach jam. Pretty tasty after slicing the tritip for sammies.

I have seen these at a local market I go to and have wondered about the flavor of raspberry and wheat. Is the raspberry overpowering or is it a smooth finish?

Currently my favorite beer is this..

JD, easy recipe. Bread is nice moist and sweet and has a good crust. We used busch light, cause that's what I had, but supposedly budweiser is recommended. Who knows. We buttered the bread real good and sprinkled sugar and cinnamon on it this time and spread some orange jam my sister made. Give it a try.

3 cups self-rising bread flour

5 tablespoon sugar

1 12 ounce can ROOM TEMP beer

Stir all ingredients to moisten
Pour batter into sprayed loaf pan
Cover and let rise for 15 minutes
Bake at 350° until golden brown
