Default Chris Hart: the Pigtrip Interview

I hope this doesn't come across as shameless self promotion, because it's more of a plug for Chris than me. Today on www.pigtrip.net is part 1 of the Chris Hart interview, where he discusses everything from competition to restaurants. The direct link is www.pigtrip.net/interview-Hart.htm. Next week's part 2 will get heavier into the competition side.
