Default It Couldn't be Helped (Honest) (Pron)

I just had to cook, it might be a illness or something. I didn't plan it, it just kind of happened. But here is the start and middle of of my day.

First I took 4 whole chickens split them at the breast and cut away the backs. Here they are coated with olive oil and ready for the seasoning.

These I seasoned with Lemon pepper

These I used McCormick's new rotisserie rub mixed with my own to create a new flavor.

These I walked by in the store and were lets say impulse buys.

On the smoker

Cooking

Lemon Pepper half's are done.

The finish is still to come so stay tuned to this station for the final results and picks of the sides.

Thanks guys, I'm going to miss doing all this until I get back up and running. I hope no one forgets me around here. I will admit it was good but I applied too much rub. But still very tasty, pecan smoked with a gentle flavor. A good day to spend with my friends.
