Default 1st Chuck Roast Pron

Got a late start on the EGG, need to give it a little more time to settle in. Pretty good taste but a tad dry. 10 Lbs. cooked 15 hours.

1st one, I should have weighed it, I will guess by feel I ended up with roughly 7 lbs of food.
