Tonights steak -pron

Went to visit a buddy today who was smokin a brisky...on the way home...I was thinking...I need BEEF. Nothin fancy, Tater, Sirloin, Rubbed w/ fresh ground garlic/pepper/Kosher salt...and a little kicken chicken on the onyawn..everything came out great...

Hope the onions were Vadalias, or at least some good sweet onions. Man, I love me some onions. Oh, and good looking steak too.

Oh yes..they were very sweet. I hate raw onyawns..cant stand them..but grilled..they are incredible. Many times I will put onyawns right on the coals..for 30 minutes...sweet as a peach and super moist...the recipe in the weber grill book.
